Trust is the foundation of every relationship and without trust, even the strongest relationship will fall apart, so when the question of whether your partner trusts you or not start popping up be careful. It is only in rare cases that a partner will open up that
he/she does not trust his/her partner but there are signs they can exhibit to show they don’t trust their partner. Below are some signs that will make you 100% sure you partner is insecure and does not trust you.

*Going through your phone: Going through you phone is a common sign of mistrust when your partner insists on knowing your password so he/she can go through your phone, messages, emails without giving you access to his and it is something that he/she does almost all the time  means he believes there is something to always snoop about. “In such a case, don’t hesitate to run for the nearest exit door, not only does this display his/her paranoia and insecurity but it’s also a sign of a highly abusive relationship”.

*Gets upset when you receive calls or messages: “He/she constantly questioning you about who you’re talking to and it’s obvious that he’s worried you might be cheating on him”.

*Irrationally get jealous: When your partner is unnecessarily jealous of your success or accomplishments, or jealous of your friends, constantly want to keep in touch with you when you are out with friends through video calls then that partner is becoming possessive.

*Stalks you on social media: It is normal for your partner to want to take special interest in your social life but when your partner starts getting jealous when the opposite s3x sends a request or comment on your post then there is fire on the mountain.
Always the victim in their past relationships: When your partner is always playing the victim is his/her past relationships, there is a possibility he/her is just twisting facts to make him/her look the victim. “If your boyfriend regularly badmouths his exes, it is definitely not a good sign”.
