Remain Faithful

Good Morning!

God will show you why you had to endure what you went through! He will make your crooked paths straight! (Proverbs 3:6). Have you ever had gifts or talents that did not make sense to you? Or perhaps you have had strengths or excelled in an area that did not seem to fit with the path you found yourself on? Those giftings could be things God hasn’t positioned you to use yet. God is going to make something you thought wasn’t important, IMPORTANT! He is able to do far more than we ask or think and His will is perfect in our lives (Ephesians 3:20)! Sometimes God uses evil to position you for what He has in store. Trust and believe, He began a good work in you and is faithful to complete it (Philippians 1:6)! While you are waiting, delight yourself in the Lord (Psalm 37:4), pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17), remain faithful (Hebrews 11:6) and watch Him bless you in a supernatural way! It is ALL working together for your good (Romans 8:28)

Pain, hurt and loss affect us to our core. We replay our painful experiences on a continuous loop in our minds.  We wish the outcome had been different--that he would have loved us more or that they wouldn’t have abused us.  But no matter how good we get at masking the pain, our wounds haven’t even begun to heal. All that happened in your past was damaging, but it resides in the past. Disappointments, hurt , fear, shame, and guilt are all things we go through, once in a while (some more frequently than others) and we sometimes allow these things to weigh on us. What’s more is that in those dark moments, we become silent, and secretly let those thoughts and emotions eat away at us. We feel as though we can’t open up to anybody, because maybe we feel ashamed; maybe we fear feeling misunderstood; or maybe we feel like we don’t want to burden others with our problems.
