​ The term Love cannot be boxed into one definition. Everyone choose what it means to them and how they express it. Away from the societal definition, I decided to undertake a scholarly view of love- how it comes and what it means- in order to see love from different perspectives. Join me on this journey as wr learn from two schools of thought; the philosophers and the psychologists. It may seem doubtful that philosophers have much to tell us about love (beyond their love of wisdom). Surely it is the poets who have the market cornered when it comes to deep reflection on the nature of love. Signs that you are experiencing an infatuation and not love

You stalk them everywhere. You check their last seen on Whatsapp regularly, you like all their status updates and pictures on social media and leave compliments and comments everywhere. Infatuation just makes you childish whereas love is mature. 3. You can’t stop fantasizing about them as your life partner even if you’ve just met a few days ago. Love doesn’t happen in one go. It takes time. You may like someone in the first sight, but you need to give love time to grow. Everything till then is just infatuation. 4. You assume you know them in and out. You even take decisions for them or start assuming what their answers would be and that only after knowing them for a couple of weeks. Stop right there because this bubble will break too soon.
